Initiatives

There are currently 2.5 billion people globally who use or require assistive technology. Alex and FLOAT has now been involved with over 100 engineering projects in numerous universities across the UK.

Alex now devotes his extraordinary life to raising awareness of the prohibitive cost of assistive technology (AT), while working towards developing and implementing changes to improve its affordability, access, function, and comfort. Each project helps increase global awareness of the financially impossible challenges faced by those in need of AT.
