FLOAT Ukraine

Inspired by amputees, led by amputees, for amputees.

What it is

Close to 6000 military and civilians in Ukraine have lost limbs in the war. This collaboration between We Help Ukraine and The Ukrainian Medical Mission supplies revolutionary soft prosthetics to those who have lost their arms.

We also develop a range of end user led University research projects and initiatives involving the injured and Universities in Kyiv, Lviv, Southampton and London.

How to get involved

Your support would make a real difference to how many we can help:

£2k provides a prosthetic sleeve, tool kit and fitting for one amputee (£20k would assist 10 people). 
£5k provides a workshop for amputees and healthcare teams. 
£15k provides a 4x4 vehicle for use as a mobile prosthetic clinic or field ambulance. 
£25k enables us to develop the training module in Ukraine so that the insights and expertise from the workshop will be shared.
